Our market affordable housing initiative aims to serve individuals and families in our Edmonton who are living with limited incomes.

 

These housing options are not exclusive to people who have experienced homelessness but are accessible to anyone facing financial constraints.

 

To ensure broad visibility, we have listed these affordable units on popular platforms like Rent Faster alongside other rental listings.

We currently offer 130 market-affordable units strategically distributed to provide housing options in various neighbourhoods.

We receive no government support to operate these apartments, and the most substantial financial burden we carry is the repair and maintenance of our buildings.
