Affordable Housing

Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. At JPWC, we provide affordable housing options designed to meet people where they’re at. Our housing isn’t just about affordability—it’s about stability, dignity, and community.

For many, traditional rental markets are out of reach. We create housing that removes barriers, ensuring that people can access safe, quality homes at a price they can afford.

We recognize that one-size-fits-all housing doesn’t work, which is why JPWC offers a range of affordable housing options

Program Based Housing

Program-based housing combines safe, affordable homes with structured supports that help residents reach specific goals, such as improving health, building skills, or maintaining recovery.

Unlike general affordable housing, it is directly linked to a program or service model. Residents engage with tailored supports such as case management, peer mentorship, or wellness programming for a set time or until goals are met.

At JPWC, this includes programs like Bridge Healing and Recovery in Transition, where housing is part of a clear pathway to stability and community connection.

Basic Affordable Rental Housing

Basic affordable rental housing provides safe, stable homes for individuals and families with small incomes at below-market rent.

It does not include structured programming or required participation in services, although residents may choose to connect with community supports. The focus is on providing long-term, quality housing that is financially accessible and meets the needs of those who live there.

At JPWC, our basic affordable housing is designed with the same care and attention as our program-based housing, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable place to call home.
